Christmas Cranberry Pudding

  • 2 Cup all purpose flour
  • 2 Cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 Cup milk
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 Cup unsalted butter
  • 1 eggs
  • 2 Cup fresh cranberries
Preheat oven to 350 ℉. Combine 2 whole cup all purpose flour flour, 1 whole cup sugar sugar, 2/3 whole cup milk, baking powder, 3 whole Tbsp unsalted butter melted butter and egg in a bowl. Fold in berries. Pour into a 9x13 inch baking pan and bake 30 minutes. Combine 1/2 whole cup unsalted butter butter, 1 whole cup sugar sugar, 1 whole Tbsp all purpose flour flour and 3/4 whole cup milk in top of a double boiler. Cook 5 minutes. Serve pudding with butter sauce.
